Check the user’s country only on the first call of paywall.open()

I configured the settings to show the paywall only in Tier 1 countries and use a custom trigger to display it with a trial period. So, when a user activates my extension, I call paywall.open().

However, when I activate a VPN or travel to another country, the detected country changes. This means that if I move from a Tier 2 country to a Tier 1 country during my vacation, I start seeing the paywall, even though I shouldn’t. This happens because the country is determined every time paywall.open() is called.

I expect the country to remain the same as it was during the first call to paywall.open().
