Paid trial: charge a small amount at trial start instead of $0

Please add an option to make a trial paid — the user is charged a small amount (e.g. $1) at trial start, and the full subscription price at trial end. Today a trial can only be $0.

This catches a bad card at signup, while the user is present, instead of when the first real charge silently fails.
